Virtuoso offers bespoke recruitment solutions with the flexibility and scalability to meet a wide range of resourcing demands, either as part of an in-house team or virtually, but always as part of your team.

When it comes to identifying, attracting and hiring talent, every business has different needs. And we would know…

At the Taranata Group, we’ve delivered recruitment services to a huge variety of employers across a diverse range of sectors. It’s experience that we’ve put to good use in creating Virtuoso.

Outsourced Recruitment Solutions Designed for You

Working together, we created a bold, values led talent attraction strategy that reflected the culture of life at our organisation. From building a 52-step candidate journey to designing recruitment materials aligned with our values and SME environment, Virtuoso played a central role in elevating both our internal processes and our external employer brand.

Since the introduction of Virtuoso, we achieved a 100% fulfilment across all recruitment, reduced our time to hire by over 50%, and seen a notable decrease in attrition. The improvement was measurable and immediate, enabling us to scale confidently while maintaining cultural integrity.

Chief People Officer

As a growing tech company, we have found the services of Virtuoso invaluable to our needs. We have now worked with the team at Virtuoso for nearly two years, having first engaged with them by our CEO as we had no direct recruitment model and limited support within the business to focus on our recruitment requirements.

Having joined as the Head of Recruitment earlier this year we continue to use Virtuoso and the experienced consultants within their teams to support our hiring. I have found their level of professionalism, ability to source high calibre candidates and added value they bring to us invaluable.

Not only have they delivered on our requirements they have also improved our recruitment processes along the way. We at Cyacomb will continue to work closely with the team at Virtuoso to deliver on our future hiring needs throughout 2023.

Karen Boyd, Head of Recruitment

Since establishing our independent resourcing model in 2021, Virtuoso has been a trusted Managed Service Partner supporting recruitment across Finance, Technology and our wider support functions.

During a critical period of organisational transition, they collaborated closely with us to design and embed consistent recruitment processes, introduce structured supplier governance and strengthen our employer proposition.

Their team operates as a true extension of our HR function — proactive, commercially aware and committed to delivering a high-quality experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

We value the transparency, communication and accountability they bring to our recruitment delivery.
